I chose this hotel for attending a seminar as it provides a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. The location, just a 10-minute drive from Parma's orbital road, was convenient for my travels. The hotel offered a pleasant environment for every kind of traveler, especially business travelers.
The one service that I missed for my work was the absence of a dedicated business center. It would have been helpful to have access to a space equipped with computers, printers, and other necessary office facilities.

The room was really ok. It was spacious and clean. The barhroom was also very nice.
The breakfast was really terrible. There was hardly any choice, they even did not ask us what we would like to drink ! It was cerainly not in line with a 4* - hotel. Also dinner was not ok, it was far too expensive for what you get.

Fantastic hotel with private sauna and spa bath, great 52" TV, super comfortable beds, stylish and elegant interior, and the kindest, friendliest service that goes above and beyond to help with every small need. The morning receptionist was incredibly helpful too. The hotel is ideal if you need to stop nearby and there's a swimming pool just around the corner. Modern and clean rooms make for a mind-blowing stay.

I like the room.
Poor breakfast , Cleanliness of the hotel in general , hotel staff not professional to run a 4 star hotel. In my opinion it is not a 4 star comp. With other hotels / other country'S. It is to expensive.

It is worthwile checking their prices from time to time, as occassionaly they have incredibly good offers, icluding access to the wellness center in the same building (Ego Village).

This hotel was a great place to spend my vacation! The staff was attentive, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town and nearby attractions. Plus, the hotel was pet-friendly, which allowed me to bring my furry companion along on my trip. I also appreciated the private spa bath and sauna, which added a touch of luxury to my stay.
On the negative side, the breakfast was very basic and limited in options. the lack of a bar area meant that guests had to venture out for drinks.

The room was clean and comfy and the staff members were polite. the hotel is situated in a central area, which is really convenient. the spa and sauna facilities were outstanding and provided the ultimate relaxation.
The restaurant was closed, which left no choice but to have takeaway that wasn't very tasty. the breakfast provided was not fresh and the options were limited, making it a disappointing start to the day.
